Does it understand pool work?
It's set up for trades from day one and works to your setup: your services, your prices, your service area, your hours. Can it take on a new regular?

Can it quote a green pool for me?
It won't guess at a recovery sight unseen. On a paid plan it can share a guide price for a standard clean unless you switch that off. The recovery comes through as a lead so you can quote it properly.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep the number your customers already ring and forward it to Tradies Line when you're busy or don't answer, using your carrier's forwarding codes or phone settings. Turn it off the same way. Your carrier may charge for forwarded minutes; we don't.
