What happens if a customer wants to speak to a human?

There is no live human takeover. The AI politely takes the caller's name, number and details, then ends the call. You get the lead in your dashboard and can call them back.

Does the AI know about my specific business?

Yes. Your AI is set up with your business name, trade, working hours, and timezone, so it answers as your own front desk. It uses your business name when it picks up, and it only offers times that fit your working schedule.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

It can misjudge a call. When it is uncertain, it captures a lead for you to call back rather than guessing a booking. Every call has a full transcript in your dashboard so you can see exactly what happened and correct anything that needs following up.

Does the customer know they are speaking to an AI?

Yes. The AI introduces itself as an AI at the start of every call, so your customer always knows. This is how we handle every call, and we believe it builds more trust than a surprise.

How do I forward my phone to Tradies Line?

You set conditional call forwarding on your mobile for busy, no-answer, and after-hours to the number we give you. Most carriers let you do this from the phone settings in a couple of steps. We provide step-by-step instructions for the major AU and NZ carriers when you sign up.

What if my trade isn't shown on the site?

The trades shown are examples, not a limit. The product works for any residential service trade where you miss calls while you are on the job. If you do residential work and miss calls, it is built for you.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. The Solo and Teams plans both come with a 7-day free trial. Your card is required up front, but there is no charge for 7 days. The trial includes a short demo-call budget so you can hear the AI handle calls in your own trade before day 8.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard settings. The cancel option is visible from day one, not buried in a support ticket. If you cancel during the trial period, there is no charge to your card.

What if I go over?

The AI keeps picking up. Extra calls bill at $0.50 per minute and SMS at $0.15 per booking at the end of the month. Most operators do not go over.
