No. You keep the number your customers already ring and forward it to Tradies Line when you're busy or don't answer, using your carrier's forwarding codes or phone settings. Turn it off the same way. Your carrier may charge for forwarded minutes; we don't.

Set conditional call forwarding on your mobile for busy, no answer and unreachable. Most carriers let you do it with one dial code, and your dashboard has the steps for the major Australian and New Zealand carriers, with a code to switch it back off. See the codes for each carrier.
