Common questions

Does it understand handyman work?

It's set up for trades from day one and works to your setup: your services, your prices, your service area, your hours. Odd jobs, repairs, property maintenance, it asks what the caller needs and gets the details down.

Can it take a list of jobs from one caller?

Yes. It gets the caller's list down as a lead with everything you need, and AI quoting can draft the whole list as one quote from your price list.

Can it quote jobs for me?

On a paid plan it can share a guide price, a call-out fee or an hourly rate from your price list unless you switch that off, never a firm one over the phone. Anything bigger comes through as a lead, and AI quoting drafts the quote once you've seen it.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. You keep the number your customers already ring and forward it to Tradies Line when you're busy or don't answer, using your carrier's forwarding codes or phone settings. Turn it off the same way. Your carrier may charge for forwarded minutes; we don't.
