For builders You're on site till dark. The office keeps running.

Tradies Line is job management software for builders' repair and maintenance work, with AI staff that take calls, draft quotes and chase invoices. The strata job gets answered while you're on the tools.

No card, no time limit.

The Tradies Line jobs board for one day: eight crews and two individuals, each in their own lane, with every job from 7am to 5pm in the crew's colour

What's costing you jobs and cash

  • The strata job that goes to someone else

A property manager needs a balcony fixed before an inspection. Miss the call and they ring the next builder on their list.

  • Defect lists that never get quoted

You walked the job and wrote it on the back of a docket. A week later the quote still isn't written up.

  • Small invoices nobody chases

The big jobs get paid. It's the pile of small repair invoices nobody's followed up that hurts.

From a strata call to a paid invoice

  1. Every call and message gets answered

The AI receptionist takes the calls you can't get to, in your business name. On paid plans, Wombo covers website chat, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram, plus texts in Australia. It finds out what's damaged in their words, the suburb or postcode, the best number and when they're after it. Add your own notes and it answers your customers' common questions.

  2. Small jobs are booked before you've hung up

Turn booking on and it books a time straight into your calendar, the repair itself or a visit to look at it. Leave booking off and every call comes through as a lead with what you need to ring back and quote.

  3. The quote goes out from your price list

AI quoting drafts it from your prices once you've seen the job. You check it and send it as a link, and a yes on their phone turns it into a job ready to schedule.

  4. The job runs on the day

Your run sheet, the job address, photos and a checklist, all on your phone. Send each person their day's jobs by text or email in one tap, texts come out of your plan's allowance.

  5. The invoice goes out, then gets chased

Start the invoice from the finished job, or ask Wombo, and it fills in from the quote with a pay link. Turn reminders on and the unpaid ones get chased by email. Connect TradiesLine Pay and it carries on with texts and up to five short AI calls on weekdays, from your plan's allowance. With Xero connected, it's chased the same way and comes back marked paid on its own.

Why builders run it

  • The day, the jobs, the crew

A run sheet by day or week, jobs on a map, crews with their own calendars. Send each person their day's jobs by text or email in one tap, from your plan's allowance.

  • Quotes out, invoices paid

Quotes draft from your price list, invoices carry a TradiesLine Pay link, and with reminders on, the unpaid ones get chased by email, then by text and AI calls once TradiesLine Pay is connected.

  • Every call and message answered

The AI receptionist takes the calls you miss. On paid plans, Wombo covers website chat, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram, plus texts in Australia, so a property manager's job doesn't go to the next builder.

Common questions

Is it built for building projects?

It's built for the repair, maintenance and small-job side of building: defects, call-backs, strata work and jobs you can price in one quote. Deposits, progress claims and variations aren't built yet, so a staged build or renovation still needs your usual system.

Can it handle strata and property manager work?

Yes. The job, quote and invoice carry the site address and the company or property manager you're billing, so the paperwork matches who you're sending it to.

Can it quote a repair job for me?

On a paid plan it gives a guide price from your price list unless you switch that off, never a firm one over the phone. Turn booking on and it can book a time to come and look; leave it off and a defect or strata repair comes through as a lead, and AI quoting drafts the quote once you've seen it.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. You keep the number your customers already ring and forward it to Tradies Line when you're busy or don't answer, using your carrier's forwarding codes or phone settings. Turn it off the same way. Your carrier may charge for forwarded minutes; we don't.

What does it cost?

Free to start, with no card and no time limit. Calls and texts come with a paid plan, and prices exclude GST. See pricing for what each plan costs and includes.
