# Tradies Line

> Tradies Line is the AI operating system and job management software for small and medium trade businesses in Australia and New Zealand, from sole traders to crews. Jobs, quotes, invoices, payments, customer records and every message sit in one place, and AI staff do the work across all of it: Wombo, the AI office manager you type or talk to, an AI receptionist, AI quoting and AI invoicing. They draft the quotes and invoices; you check and send.

What sets it apart: the AI is not a chatbot bolted onto job software. The owner types or talks to Wombo in the dashboard ("who owes me money?", "quote the Henderson job, callout and a mixer tap") and he does the work in the system itself: he finds jobs, quotes, invoices and customers, drafts quotes and invoices from the business's own price list, and updates jobs, customers and prices. Quotes and invoices are legal documents, so the owner checks and sends them. That approval step is deliberate.

Who it is for: sole traders and small to medium crews doing service work (call-outs, repairs, maintenance, regular visits) in Australia and New Zealand. It starts on a free plan and is set up from the dashboard, without the cost or rollout of enterprise field-service software. It does not yet do deposits, progress claims or variations, so it is not built for staged building or renovation projects; builders and carpenters use it for repairs, maintenance and small jobs. More than 250 trade businesses have signed up.

How the AI talks to customers: calls are answered in the business's name, and if a caller asks whether they are talking to a person, the AI says straight away that it is an AI. Calls are recorded, and the caller is told so during the call. The AI never gives a firm price, never takes a payment on a call, and cannot transfer a caller to a person mid-call; urgent jobs are texted to the owner while the caller is on the line. The only calls it places are opt-in reminders about unpaid invoices. Email is never answered on its own: replies are drafted for a person to send.

TradiesLine Pay is the online payment built into Tradies Line invoices: the customer pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or with Afterpay or Klarna where available, and the money goes to the business's own account.

## The four AI staff

- AI office manager (Wombo): does the work across the system when you type or talk to him: finds any job, quote, invoice or customer, drafts quotes and invoices from your price list for you to check and send, and updates jobs, customers and prices. On paid plans, he also answers website chat, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and texts (Australia) in your business name, books jobs when booking is on, drafts email replies and flags anything urgent to you.
- AI receptionist: answers the calls you can't take on the number your customers already know, day or night, finds out the job and the suburb, books it into your calendar when booking is on and texts the customer a confirmation from your plan's texts.
- AI quoting: prices and drafts quotes from your own price list for you to send, and with follow-ups on, nudges customers before a quote expires.
- AI invoicing: drafts invoices with a pay link for you to send, and with reminders on, chases the unpaid ones.

## Plans and prices

Every plan has the same core tools and every integration. Plans differ in monthly allowances of calls, texts and AI credits and in how many people can log in. Every paid plan includes a setup call with our team, and Free is self-service. Pro and Enterprise can also top up and get priority setup and support, and Enterprise is customised for the business. Free also has lifetime caps and no AI knowledge base. Wombo replies to customer messages in the inbox on paid plans only; on Free, you reply to every conversation yourself. There is no setup fee. Prices are in Australian dollars for Australian businesses and New Zealand dollars for New Zealand businesses, at the same numbers, per month, billed monthly in advance. Prices exclude GST: Australian businesses pay 10% GST on top, New Zealand businesses pay none. There is no free trial: Free is a permanent plan with no card and no time limit.

- Free: $0. 1 login and 50 AI credits a month, with lifetime caps of 50 customers, 50 quotes and 50 invoices. No calls or texts at all, just 5 lifetime test calls to hear the AI receptionist.
- Starter: $97 a month. 5 logins, 50 answered calls, 300 texts and 1,000 AI credits a month.
- Pro: $297 a month. Unlimited logins, 500 answered calls, 2,000 texts and 5,000 AI credits a month.
- Enterprise: from $897 a month. Unlimited logins, 1,500 answered calls, 5,000 texts and 25,000 AI credits a month. Set up with our team.

Top-ups are available on Pro and Enterprise only, valid 30 days: $25 for 25 calls, $30 for 200 texts, $20 for 1,000 AI credits.

When a plan's monthly allowance runs out, it pauses until the month resets. On Pro and Enterprise you can top up instead of waiting. There is no overage charge.
